What started as a self-managed rental in Lincoln, New Hampshire quickly turned into a passion for building better systems, improving guest experiences, and helping owners maximize the potential of their properties.

We started hosting and self-managing our own short-term rental in Lincoln, New Hampshire in September 2022 while living in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Like many owners, we wanted to create a great guest experience without giving up a large percentage of revenue to a traditional property management company.


As we continued hosting, we realized that strong operations, communication, pricing strategy, and the right systems made all the difference — not just for guests, but for owners too. What started as managing our own property eventually grew into helping others simplify operations, improve performance, and stay in control of their rentals.
